Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the game Loose Ends: Arrow Puzzle (iOS and Android) does with data. The game is published by Appn Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, İzmir, Türkiye ("we").
No account
You never sign up or sign in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location.
What stays on your phone
Your progress, ink, boosters, settings, reminder time and the birth year you give at the age question are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. "Reset progress" in Settings erases your progress, ink and boosters; deleting the app erases everything.
Ads (Unity Ads)
If you have not bought Remove ads, the game shows ads from Unity Ads between levels and when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. Before any ad, the game asks your age.
- Under 16: ads are never personalised, and Unity is told the player is under the age limit.
- 16 and over: where the law requires it, you are asked how your data may be used; nothing personalised is switched on before you choose.
To show and measure ads, Unity collects device data such as the advertising or vendor identifier, IP address, device model, operating system, language and ad interactions. Unity's own policy applies: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. You can also limit ad tracking in your phone's settings.
Purchases (Apple, Google, RevenueCat)
Purchases are paid through the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card or payment details. To check that a purchase is valid and to restore Remove ads, the game uses RevenueCat, which receives a random app user ID, the purchase receipt, the product, price and currency, the country of the store account and the app and device version. RevenueCat's policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Notifications (Firebase)
The daily reminder is scheduled on your phone. If reminders are on, the device also registers with Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) so we can send occasional notifications; Firebase receives a push token and the topics the device joins (all players, and the player's language). Turning reminders off leaves those topics. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools, and we do not build profiles of players.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. Players under 16 never get personalised ads.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK and similar laws you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data. Because the game keeps no account, most data can be erased on the device; for data held by Unity, RevenueCat or Google, contact us and we will help, or contact them directly.
Delete your data (Loose Ends: Arrow Puzzle, Appn Yazılım)
- On your phone: Settings › Reset progress erases progress, ink and boosters. Deleting the app erases everything the game stored, including the birth year and settings.
- Reminders: turning the Daily reminder off removes the device from our notification topics; Firebase deletes unused push tokens on its own.
- Purchases and ads: email loose.ends@appn.app with the subject "Delete my data". We delete the purchase record kept by RevenueCat and ask Unity to delete the ad data for your device, within 30 days. Apple and Google keep their own receipts of a purchase for their legal records.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Questions: loose.ends@appn.app.

Kayıt olmazsın, giriş yapmazsın. Adını, e-posta adresini, telefon numaranı ya da konumunu istemeyiz.
Telefonunda kalanlar
İlerlemen, mürekkebin, güçlendiricilerin, ayarların, hatırlatma saatin ve yaş sorusunda verdiğin doğum yılı yalnızca cihazında saklanır; bize gelmez. Ayarlar'daki "İlerlemeyi sıfırla" ilerlemeni, mürekkebini ve güçlendiricilerini siler; uygulamayı silmek hepsini siler.
Reklamlar (Unity Ads)
Reklamları kaldır'ı satın almadıysan oyun, seviye aralarında ve ödüllü reklam izlemeyi seçtiğinde Unity Ads reklamları gösterir. Hiçbir reklamdan önce oyun yaşını sorar.
- 16 yaş altı: reklamlar asla kişiselleştirilmez ve Unity'ye oyuncunun yaş sınırının altında olduğu bildirilir.
- 16 ve üzeri: yasanın gerektirdiği yerlerde verilerinin nasıl kullanılacağı sana sorulur; sen seçene kadar kişiselleştirilmiş hiçbir şey açılmaz.
Reklamı göstermek ve ölçmek için Unity; reklam ya da satıcı kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi cihaz verilerini toplar. Unity'nin kendi politikası geçerlidir: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. Reklam takibini telefonunun ayarlarından da sınırlayabilirsin.
Satın almalar (Apple, Google, RevenueCat)
Ödemeler App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yapılır; kart ya da ödeme bilgilerini hiç görmeyiz. Satın almanın geçerli olduğunu kontrol etmek ve Reklamları kaldır'ı geri yüklemek için oyun RevenueCat'i kullanır. RevenueCat rastgele bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği, satın alma makbuzu, ürün, fiyat ve para birimi, mağaza hesabının ülkesi ile uygulama ve cihaz sürümünü alır. Bildirimler (Firebase)
Günlük hatırlatma telefonunda zamanlanır. Hatırlatmalar açıksa cihaz, ara sıra bildirim gönderebilmemiz için Firebase Cloud Messaging'e (Google) de kaydolur; Firebase bir bildirim anahtarı ve cihazın katıldığı konuları (tüm oyuncular ve oyuncunun dili) alır. Hatırlatmaları kapatınca cihaz bu konulardan çıkar. Google'ın politikası: policies.google.com/privacy.
Yapmadıklarımız
Kişisel veri satmayız, analiz ya da hata raporlama araçları kullanmayız, oyuncu profili çıkarmayız.
Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. 16 yaş altındaki oyunculara asla kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez.
Hakların
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri yasalar kapsamında kişisel verilerine erişmeyi, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteyebilirsin. Oyunda hesap olmadığı için verilerin çoğu cihazda silinebilir; Unity, RevenueCat ya da Google'daki veriler için bize yaz, yardımcı olalım, ya da doğrudan onlara başvur.
Verilerini sil (Loose Ends: Ok Bulmacası, Appn Yazılım)
- Telefonunda: Ayarlar › İlerlemeyi sıfırla ilerlemeni, mürekkebini ve güçlendiricilerini siler. Uygulamayı silmek, doğum yılı ve ayarlar dahil oyunun sakladığı her şeyi siler.
- Hatırlatmalar: Günlük hatırlatıcıyı kapatınca cihaz bildirim konularımızdan çıkar; Firebase kullanılmayan bildirim anahtarlarını kendisi siler.
- Satın almalar ve reklamlar: loose.ends@appn.app adresine "Verilerimi sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder. RevenueCat'te tutulan satın alma kaydını siler, Unity'den cihazına ait reklam verilerini silmesini 30 gün içinde isteriz. Apple ve Google bir satın almanın kendi makbuzunu yasal kayıtları için saklar.
